This session took about 2:15 hours although I could have done it under 2 hours with out a few little distractions like trying to minimise the people that get on camera.
The bench pressing was not too bad and my left forearm extensor is no longer inflamed. On the other hand the deadlifts were a struggle with my back aching pretty bad.
On Saturday morning when I was editing this my back was so bad I had to lie down for a few hours so that was reflected in my song choice.
As I type this my back is only moderately aching although that will soon change after the Saturday session.
