Malta was by far the best entry in 1992. Mary Spiteri performed perfectly and the song is worth listening to time and again. As has been said, Malta was indeed robbed of having the winning song that year!

Very good song but i would have liked it more had mary spiteri sang in Maltese...at that time every nation sang in his language and malta should have done the same :)

Despite its mixed fortunes, Malta is the most successful country to never win the contest, having come 2nd twice (2002 and 2005) and 3rd twice (1992 and 1998) with singers including Chiara and Ira Losco.
REASON: GOOD SONGS.... NO NEIGHBORS.
