Another quirky video from FDSC. Fulham Digital Scalextric Club race with fuel management. The club is open to anyone who enjoys racing amongst a friendly atmosphere. The amount of fuel in your car has a direct effect on the speed/acceleration of your car. How much fuel you put in the pits is up to you. When you pit is up to you. Just be careful not to run out of fuel.
We race with 6 cars on a 2 lane track. Skill and strategy is required.
We are located on Nella Road in Hammermsmith Fulham, just off Fulham Palace Road.

You still don't "steer" but you do have to "drive" the cars by knowing when to accelerate and when to brake. This is the "game" of all slot cars. Digital ADDS to that the fact that you can race up to 6 cars on the same 2 lanes. You must then use the lane changing areas to choose a lane to allow you to overtake a car in front of you. There is also fuel load simulation and pitting to refuel as well as other cool features. Digital slots are causing the return of a lot of racers. :)

Nice video, better than the larger "Rat race" set ups at least we can see the cars and appreciate some semblance of authenticity. : )
