RYLA is a all-expenses-paid program organized, run and sponsored by Rotary dedicated to fostering the development of leadership skills. The Theme for the Feb 14 -17, 2008 program is “A Leader is Always Ready to Serve.” Participants will learn elements of community and global citizenship on top of leadership skills. They will have the unique experience of experiential learning conducted at Crossroads, a non-profit organization which takes Hong Kong's quality superseded goods and redistributes them to people in need, locally and internationally.
