This is my Home town and in my job i have been lucky enough to travel the world however no matter were i go nothing quite feels like home, like Nott'm i LOVE this place and truly beleave it is the best city in the WORLD!!!!!!

@RedForLife11: i am an American and i just returned from a vacation there hanging out with friends. I would have KILLED to been there as a college student. The Trent kids definitely know what they are doing. :-) Nottingham is a lovely/fun city.

@RedForLife11 RedForLife - Nottingham has stunning countryside 10mins from city centre on train with tickets cost under £4, packed with variety of bars within walking distance in city centre and has great transport links. :)

I dunno if you guys can help me out, but I'm transferring from an American university and I've Applied to Glasgow, Leicester, Nottingham, and Newcastle. I'm looking for a city where its relatively easy to get to a nice walk and some green, but also has quite a bit to do in terms of nightlife. any tips/ help there?
