Main difference from my Friday routine is back squat instead of bulgarian split squats, standing calf raise instead of seated and less volume.

Filmed sets 1 and 3 for both the squat and bench to check my form.

  • Hey man nice form on the Squats and Bench. Very solid! Especially the squat; very explosive/ fast if you compare it to my squat. Are you doing any explosive training for that?

    I have seen you one the rosstraining forum and man you have made a lot progress. Nice job man! Nice video on the homemade dipbelt too. Speaking of home made equipment, how are the mini weights working for you; are they effective?

    Yes, they are very effective since they allow me to up the weight in smaller increments, making it easier to prolong my progression.
