HOW LONG CAN YOU LAST?

One camera. One scene. Ten minutes. Can you make it to the end?

1 minute = Average
1-4 minutes = Above average
4-7 minutes = You're getting warmer : )
7-9 minutes = Almost there...
10 minutes = Well done! Now you get to choose your own relaxing adventure.

The challenge here is to stop thinking about other things and focus on what's in front of you. If your mind begins to wander, gently brush those thoughts aside. Then return your focus to the sounds and visuals in front of you.

10minutes2relax is the only channel on YouTube dedicated to slowing you down. I love freddiew and Mysteryguitarman as much as anyone. They're always fun to watch. However, I believe we need more balance. The fast cuts, fades, sound effects, and camera movements featured in most videos(even the "relaxing" videos) are perfect for keeping your attention. They do all the work for you, and then your mind goes into autopilot. You get to sit back and just enjoy the ride. The problem occurs when the ride is over. Your mind doesn't know how to slow down. If you train your mind to race all the time, that's all it will want to do. I hope to help provide the balance you need, to find the peace you deserve.
