I thought this phone was cool, but seeing this video and using my cousin's SGSII Im a bit disappointed. So freaking laggy and even though the specs are better it's by no means as fluid as the HTC sensation xl.

To access to the search you just have to long press the menu button.

@butterflybliss0 It does have the conversation view. At first it pretty annoyed me too, as I was using a Sciphone before that for many years. However, I do find it useful now as using this method you can overview your whole conversation, meaning you can take off where you have ended earlier. Hope this helps.

Just got GS2 and I am very impressed. The screen is absolutely stunning. The interface is smooth and fool-proof. No doubt the best smartphone.

Why do I dislike? he mentioned no search button - you dont need it. Long press the menu button.
This is running Android so you can take your pick of any messaging app if you dont like the conversation mode of the default messaging.

Does anyone know if this phone has "conversation view" in text messages? and if so, are you able to change it to the standard "inbox/outbox"?
I currantly have the Samsung Wave ... but am thinking of buying this one. I don't like the conversation text messaging though. On the wave you can use either.
Hope someone can help!
