Performance from the Stoughton Norwegian Dancers

A wonderful cultural event took place at Adams City High school in Commerce City on Monday March 24th. The event started off with the beautiful sounds of the Adams City Eagle Airs. The guests from Stoughton Wisconsin, the Stoughton Norwegian Dancers performed next and the only word to sum up their performance was "impressive". The Stoughton Norwegian Dancers is a group made up of Stoughton High School students who perform various, authentic Scandinavian dances. The group began in 1953, performing for their home community at Syttende Mai (Norwegian Independence Day). Today, they share their talents all across the United States, entertaining young and old and leaving all with a warm appreciation for their Norwegian heritage. Lastly, Adams City's very own Mariachi band performed with an outstanding performance by ACHS student Amy. i was there in the audience lol i got out of ROTC to watch the. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! they were so much better than our cheerleaders lol. my sister is in eaglairs and they got to go to lunch with them afterwatds and they did the soulja boy all funny lol. oh yah they guys were hott too. the girls were really talented.
