you really need reverse osmosis.also very importnt. The type of fluoride in US water supply is highly toxic as the steam in your shower, s well s the clhorine. Short cool shower with vernt or window open. Be safe and research all those food labels in your cupboard. most of it is toxic waste. no joke.
