LOL Hilarious.. My data center consists of 9 computers in my home network.....mostly wireless but 5 of the 9 are wired... And I have a new Dell Server...But look out...I will have a HUGE Data center one day.... :)

triple fail:
* no backup power: i.e. ups, generator
* electronic doors are not opened automatically in case of emergency (at least from inside)
* non-it equipment (for running) is inside DC, also making difficult moving of persons and equipments
oh yes, 3rd party person should not be inside the DC, if there is no reason and authorization.
