Great video, just one thing that layer toolbar to the right is'nt there for me any ideas how to get it back?

@irishkevin1 go to windows on the menubar and click layers, channels, paths, etc which is at the bottom of the dropdown menu

It might be just check where your txt layer is. If it is below the image u will not see it
