  • Is that insert a 30/45/60 degree..?

  • @dougspair yes it is.

  • Yes, you just have to level and align the pilot with machine's quill, and turn cutter head about 45-80 RPM's, finish and concentricity will be better using the bridgeport type mill or basic seat and guide machine.
