John is an entrepreneur with a leadership background in staffing, is MD and owner of Elite Leaders Limited and works as an NED and strategic adviser to several carefully selected companies in the recruitment sector.

John has worked as a director for several of the top global staffing companies: he co- founded Best International Group which grew to £130million turnover in 18 months which sold to Spring Group in 2003.

He specialises in maximising shareholder value through rapid, sustainable growth, both organic and by acquisition, in people related businesses. He is particularly adept in mergers and acquisitions, raising funding, corporate governance, fast-track growth strategies, corporate finance, exit strategies and IPO.
