HHR SS NEW Magnaflow 3" Cat Back System

Sound is awesome; my camera mic did no justice. The sound is very similar to your stock exhaust, but it is much louder,deeper, and lets the engine roar. Sounds much like the Subaru WRX STI. "NEVER sounds like Weed-Eater exhaust."

You will notice that ALL TURBOS leave a black mark on there (home) parking spots right under the exhaust tip. This is the exhaust residue/fuel/oil that is left in the exhaust system from high RPMs. It condensates in the pipe on a cold start; then it drips onto the floor. That blue/gray smoke is the condensation blowing out or burning off. I thought it was water smoke at first. Its not....

you could MAYBE get away with saying it sounds like a subaru at idle but not when you rev it. not at all. NOTHING sounds the same as a true opposing head boxer motor.

@1Ash3rB well you are somewhat correct, more so than the idiot you were trolling on lol, but its not the turbo kicking in, its when it spools. those hhrs have TINY stock turbos and take nothing to spool, and when you rev in neutral the turbo does spool a little but obviously not to full psi, he would have to rev a little higher and you would hear the turbo spooling with the exhaust note but you were correct about the bov, most dont come with an external bov because stock turbos dont need them.

Comming from someone with a cobalt ss tc you honestly should have just done a muffler delete it sounds amazing it's deep and not ricie at all I'm running one right now and the sound out does my friends 07 cobalt ss with new headers no resignator and mpx exhaust

first of all i'd like to start with you're an idiot, and please, don't post about something you obviously know nothing about. the turbo does not kick in of you are reving the engine in neutral and most cars that come with a stock turbo don't have an external bov. i can also assure you that that the "turbo" badge was aftermarket, but he has every right to put it there because i can tell just by looking at his rear bumper he has the turbocharged hhr

1st, the turbo sticker from walmart or pepboys adds a nice touch to it, im not saying u dont have turbo but why is the blow off not working, you know when u rev up the kishhh sound from the turbo blow off valve? nice sounding exhaust, i have a 2007 HHR and a 2006 Cobalt trying to find a good sounding exhaust for both, my cobalt sounds pretty good with the thrush system i just want it deeper.
