I'm with you guys on this one 100% This is a crisis in my community. I served in the Active Army for over six years, and spent the majority of that time in foreign countries, but I've never felt so alienated as when I returned home to Austin and started working. No one spoke English, no one was American. I'm not a thin skinned person by any means, but being that alone is the worst feeling I've ever experienced. It's a horrible situation, and it needs to be dealt with decisively.

We need to avoid companies requesting "press 1for English". They certainly do not help the situation and are only interested in possible lost sales. Greedy is the proper word, not team players nor true American Companies either.

Good idea. Every time you have to "press 1 for English" tell the person you finally reach to stop it.
