I like how Wooten says that they don't recruit. Morgan was the first high school coach that I ever heard of who was recruiting. He recruited and gave a half scholarship to a very good friend of mine. My friend wrote no letters and spoke personally with Wooten while still in the 8th grade at a local Catholic elementary school.
My friend did attend DeMatha and he told me of other players who were "recruited" from the Shaw area of Washington DC. Most were in public schools and not even Catholic.
