Spotlight: Intelligent of just clever?

The scientists still dont know exactly what human intelligence is, but they know very well how to measure it. This measurement is called an Intelligence Quotient or IQ, and is based on several different standardized tests. How much do these tests tell about a person? Does a high IQ help a person to succeed? Well be talking about it with Sergey Stepanov, an author of books on IQ.

I would assume that what in the end is most important , if simply if someone is happy. Looking at it from that perspective, Ive noticed less intelligent people to be happier people

- Less intelligent people seek simple things in life such as sex, relationships, fun. They seem to be good at achieving them, because their goals are simple and what we are ultimately made for

- Less intelligent people seem more alike, meaning it is easier to find people who are alike and so easier to find a mate

Totally agree. Yet again, its better to be a very average relatively dumb person. The world is made for YOU...everyone is LIKE YOU....commercials are made to brainwash YOU....(ok bad example lol)....

However, I think people need intelligent people....The thing is that being intelligent is not something that brings too much joy Other people think youre weird, because you do not use one liners, other people are alike and you are different. Finding a (wo)man that is smart enough?
