Pac-Man World 2 commercial "??forgot the title??"

(2001) A commercial I wrote for a Pac-Man game back in 2001. One of the worst spots I ever did! But it does have some people wiping out hard, so it's not all bad.

According to one of your previous comments, you say that Namco gave you CD of the games soundtrack for this spot. So are you saying that you got the song in this commercial from that CD? If yes, then huh, I don't remember this being in the game at all...

Ah well, I really did enjoy this commercial. It wasn't that bad at all. =)

@Daluigi207 I know that it was a music CD that we got from Namco, and it's definitely Pac-Man music of some kind. Maybe it was something they had scored but wasn't in the actual game. It's been years. And I never personally finished the game so I couldn't comment on that either. I got to a part that I couldn't pass, got pissed and started playing something else. Ha.

Bull. You actually wrote this commercial? Pretty sweet. Not a bad commercial by far. Shows the game well. 100x better than any game commercial that comes out these days anyway...

Ha. Nope, no bull. Although I was hardly the only one involved in the spot. I just happened to be the writer. The art director and editor did a lot more than I did on this particular commercial. Check out my other commercials (go to my channel). There's a lot better than this one. Namco was a good client. They let us do a lot of fun spots back in the day.

We got the music from the actual game. Namco (the makers of the game) gave us a disk with all the music from the game. I think they mostly did it to save money, so we wouldn't have to have original music scored, but it totally worked out. I don't think we could have done better. Wish I had a clean copy, I'd be happy to send it to you, but it's been years since we made this spot. BTW, the guy in the comments above, "cuttergarcia" did the voice on the spot. He's awesome. Check out his stuff.

@andybeach1972 Well, I beat the game, but I don't blame you, this is pretty tough game. Mainly because of Clyde, the red ghost. =( Pretty though game! But I love it! Is that the part you're stuck on? Most people get stuck on that for good reason. That and the level before it took me awhile.

But if this is the OST for PMW2, then I would have to say this was an early version of the arcade place (Sue's arcade), early title screen, or early credits.
