Photoshop Lomo Effect

Here's a quite popular effect in Photoshop called "Lomo" essentially it is an image with a higher color contrast and a somewhat added vignetting to it. Now may I note that this is not the only style of the "Lomo" effect, it's very much up to you and how you want the feel of your image to be.
