@BaldEagleInfo Your reply thrills me to hear that the Bald Eagle is doing so well. We have several areas close to where we live that we see a Bald Eagle on occasion. We carry a camera with us almost all of the time anymore! I remember when I saw my 1st Bald Eagle, I was so excited and pumped full of adrenaline, practically screaming at my husband "Oh my God, Oh my God!!!!!" He smiled at my response because he knew that we stood a good chance of seeing at least one as we were along the Miss.River

Thank you very much, that was a beautiful video!
I saw the James Rogers shlow several years ago around Christmas in a theatre in Pigeon Forge nad a live eagle was turned loose to fly over the audience at the time. Was that Challenger? For some reason at the time, I thought it was one of the eagles that had been raised at Dollywood.
Thanks
Johnny

@volfan1011 Yes, this more than likely was Challenger. If not, probably America.

Thank you for sharing the video, the beautiful music, and this beautiful Raptor. It is such an amazing feat that the Bald Eagle is almost off of the endangered species list. My husband and I love going on eagle hunts when we go to doctor appointments at the University of Iowa because their are a large number of eagles on the Iowa River that runs through Iowa City and Coralville. We have so many pictures of these great creatures, either flying or perched in a tree or on the ice of the river.

@survivrs Thank you for watching our video and saying such nice things about it. On June 28, 2007, Secretary of the Interior Dirk Kempthorne announced the removal of the bald eagle from the list of threatened and endangered species at a ceremony at the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, D.C. After nearly disappearing from most of the United States decades ago, the bald eagle is now flourishing across the nation and no longer needs the protection of the Endangered Species Act.
