It's a myth that European shows "make" artists lip. American artists lip in Europe because they want to. Because Europe is just a cash cow for them. Most European artists wouldn't be seen dead lipping - If you're a singer you sing, that's the minimal thing. Mariah's reputation is basically dead in Europe (apart from her die-hard fans) because of years of lip-syncing. Someone needs to tell her that she's not Britney Spears, her voice is her selling point and without that she's nothing.
