do you think alchol causes acne? I've only been drinking once a week or once every two weeks... cause I don't know if alcohol causes acne..

Hey victoriatodd, I'm a 16 year old guy. I have pretty bad acne too. I've had acne since elementary school and I know what your going through. Just stay strong and please don't consider suicide. A lot of peoples acne clear up at around age 20. I just hope someone comes up with a cure so others don't have to suffer

i mean if you sweat your body releases toxins

sweating has no effect on acne in my experience.
