I loved this from the first moment I heard it years ago. I discovered it on the b-side of my mom & dad's old 45 of Whats Goin' On. Beautiful...

There really are no words that can adequately describe Marvin's talents. They truly were God given. No singer has ever touched my soul as Marvin's music has. Through the years, his music has taught me so much about life. Although he left us a legacy of music behind to enjoy, my one regret is that I never got to see him perform. Believing in God continues to give me faith that I will see my teacher one day. R.I.P. Marvin, Love you brother.

When I first heard this version on his "Anthology" set, I cried. :) Beautiful song from a beautiful brother. RIP, Marvin!

I agree with you 100%. It puts a lump in my throat when I play it. No one else did or does it better than he did.
