I mean the girl at the start of the video. As an employee I wouldn't intergrete it as very professional. Nevermind, I didn't mean to offend ;)

Hi,
We are a charity fundraising company, and look for candidates to be enthusiastic with expressive body language, good eye contact, clear communication and empathy. I'm not sure what the company you are interviewing with are looking for, but I recommend you look closely at their person specification and make sure you display those things in the interview. Be enthusiastic about the job and the company, and have some idea about how you would like to build the job into a career! Good Luck!

I think she is too enthuisiastic and seems too fake, as she jumps around. Too jumpy, throwing arms around too much.

I'm not quite sure what you mean here? The people in the video are former fundraisers who work in the office. This is not a performance, we are genuinely answering the questions that are asked. Expressive body language is vital for conveying your passion for a cause and ensuring you can communicate with all members of society, and this is why we have included this as an example.
