This is a video featuring our glass breaker. Since the glass breaker itself is totally enclosed (for security matters), it's hard to see it in operation. However, we filmed the two lines side by side showing the removed glass and the clean products line. • There are several things that need to be considered:

    1) what kind of material preparation is there before material enters the glass breakker?

    2) What is the rotational speed of the shafts?

    3) If the shafts are equipped with steel triangle, what size are they?

    4) What is the opening size between each steel "triangle" on adjacent shafts?

    5) Please describe the size and shape of aluminum pieces that go through the glass breaker.

  • hi like the video, we've got a glass breaker and we are having trouble with aluminium getting though into the undersized section. do you have any ideas how we can minimilize this?
