so whats the story with this train? Is it up and running all the way from Manila to Legaspi?

@ryuharu03 yup, but the whole train line is still under HUGE renovation, I've seen the new warning gates being installed but are not yet completed

Flagmen at level crossings were very common here in the US until the wigwag signal came along. Now, flagmen at such are highly impossible ta find.

I don't think so. For a later long distance service to Legaspi (ca. 450 km) they will not use this DMUs.
