Normal ang aksidente sa mga subdivision, pero tignan mu muna yn sitwasyon, yun developer ng subdivision eh wala man lang gamit o sasakyan pag may emergency, inuuna pa nila ang mag benta ng mga unit kesa ayusin ang service sa subd. Sa laki ng xevera mabalacat, may clubhouse, swimming pools, recreation center, may school, church, n nandun pa ang municipal hall ng mabalacat, tapos wala man lang firetruck! Mag isip isp kau kung ganito din ang serbisyo na makukuha nyo , eh mag dasal nalang kau.

sa lahat po ng lugar o subdivision ay ngyayari po itong mga ganitong aksidente d nman po kasalanan ng developer ng xevera kung magkaron po ng ganitong aksidente khit po gano katibay ang bahay nyo kung mgkakaron po aksidente eh mngyayari po iyon ,meron ako unit jn sa xevera napakaganda at tahimik po sa xevera

for those who have unit @ xevera you guys have to let somebody or a registered electrician to check the electrical in your house installed....looks like d ok ang pagkaka installed ng kuryente..dalawa na ang nasunugan dyan sa mabalacat..same cause...electrical problem...

@jennyann581 , yan ang scenario dyan... nagulat din ako sa mga personnel ng xevera.. maganda na sana yun subd. wala naman palang safety n security....

This video proves that this subd has no fire truck to use. Developers/Head personnels of this subd should anticipate this kind of incident and not just blame the cause of that fire to the households of that unit. It's pretty obvious that, that "fire truck" is not enough to tone down the fire, that is, if you really call that as a fire truck.

HIndi sapat ung pressure ng tubig para mapatay ung apoy.. hindi naman kasi pang fire fighting yang ginagamit nila eh!
