Eh, it really seems like a WOIO wannabe to be honest. Don't know why they would try to emulate them though.

I would know that, because I know they're a duopoly. I just want a morning/noon open for CBS47 (although if they did do an extension of their morning show on Fox 30 to v. 4 off, that would be nice.).

WAWS does not have a morning or noon newscast. That is all done by it's partner CBS 47. WAWS Fox30 has a 10pm newscast to compete with WJXT's THE Ten O'clock News.

I actually like it....it's not bad! Tampa's "Action News" could learn from WTEV/WAWS

Hmm, I can see this going somewhere! The transitions, though, are a bit prolonged. And the set is a bit stale. THey deviate from the news format a bit, but I think it's nice overall.
