Medium Duty Roller Bed Motorized Roller Conveyor.

This conveyor features powered zero pressure accumulation, on demand drive rollers (activated by presence of product), low maintenance, very quiet (ABEC-1 precision bearings), energy efficient (24 Volt DC), is modular & flexible (can be re-configured), and is very safe.

It has a low profile design, which creates built-in product guard rails. This conveyor is constructed of 12 gauge powder painted (baked on finish) formed HRS steel. The rollers are constructed of 1.9" diameter x 16 gauge galvanized steel tubing with 7/16" hex axles and ABEC-1 precision bearings. The zone accumulation is actuated by photo eye sensors, and is zero pressure (meaning no driving force on rollers while product is stopped during accumulation). All of the drives for this conveyor are built into the drive rollers, which means there is no need for chain or belt guards, and makes this conveyor low maintenance. The drive roller motors are 24VDC, brushless type motors (for long life and high output). These "motor rollers" have the capability to provide accumulation, dynamic braking, slug unload, are fully reversible, and they can be run at variable speeds as standard. The motor rollers are engaged only when necessary providing "on demand" power. Because of this on-demand power, this conveyor is very energy efficient. This equates to reduced operating costs, and less impact on the environment (less carbon emissions via electrical power production). The 190MRA is truly a GREEN CONVEYOR, no matter what color it is painted.
