An example of 1800 calories worth of food.
This helps me to remember what a normal daily intake of food looks like. I try to substitute, add or leave out foods, depending on what I'm craving and how my stomach feels.
A few months ago I tried to switch to intuitive eating by going cold turkey, but that did not work out for me. It was too overwhelming and in order to stay 'safe' I subconsiusly restricted.
So now I'm taking small steps... and having some sample meal plans around makes it a little less scary :)
wow, that seems alot of food for 1800 cal :D.
