Pardon my stupidity/ignorance, but what does 'end the state' or when people refer to the words 'statists' and 'statism' mean?

Care to enlighten me on this topic? Any answers are appreciated!

Statism is the belief of central planning society through the initiation of violence on peaceful people. The state requires threats of violence on peaceful people to stay in business. Without extortion and subjugation, the state would not be possible. It doesn't have a revenue stream,... it's not self-sufficient, it only consumes and gets its revenue by extorting peaceful people. Those who understand virtue ethics understand that no one should have the right to own/control someone else.

The more the citizens do for themselves, the better. And the better those things get done. Because they are doing them for themselves with their own money. They have a vested interest to get it done quickly and correctly so they don't have to do it again any time soon. But govt. workers get paid more and longer and have more jobs when they do things slowly and with the lowest bid. Govt. is at best the slowest way to get things done for the least amount of money. Shame

Ironically enough, South Park is itself very influenced by libertarianism.

The issue isn't whether or not most people want something to be taken care of. If something isn't funded voluntarily, clearly, it's not important enough to society.

What better measure of importance is there than the number of people who voluntarily contribute? When something isn't supported widely enough, that's when people start using force to take money from others. Then the people that don't think it's important or just can't afford to give their money have to give their money anyway.

Then who's to say which justice is the right justice? Theft, fraud, murder, that's easy to arbitrate, but what about other things like religion, press, and assembly? If one person believes in a religion that orders the execution of all nonbelievers, will he be able to carry out his actions? When does an assembly become a riot? Individuals are too irrational and whimsical to govern themselves. Reduced state, ok that makes sense. But abolishing the state? That's pure anarchy and chaos!
