This cow was butchered on our farm in Colombia.
It is the first time in my life how they actaully do it.

The muscles are still Twitching because the nerves are not fully dead yet. Kind of like when u put salt on frog legs they twitch becuz there having a reaction to the salt....:)

just because there was no cut on the neck, that doesn't mean they killed it improperly. they probably shot it. that is more humane anyways.

@youngbullphilosopher I don't think they killed it. I think they probably stunned him by knocking him out. There was still a lot f life left in the flesh afterwards. Just hope he didn't feel any pain.
