this song was played at my Grandfather's funeral on May 24, 2008, and when I heard it I cried. I now have this song on my iPod, and every time I hear it, I try soo hard not to cry, and usually don't cry. R.I.P. Grampap

The high school I graduated from last year has always had the choir sing to this song during the graduation ceremony. Although they didn't play it for my group, I will always look back at my school years and friends when hearing this song. If they had played it though, I probably would have balled my eyes out knowing I won't see many of my friends for a long time and possibly never again.

Its amazing how he wrote this song after what happened... It's amazing how with the help of God he was able to just Stop his addiction like that. Its incredible.

I haven't had decent friends in the last three years most of them only want they think they can take and gain from being friends with me. glad to be able to help the good ones though.

I dedicate this song to my long time freind Kelly of over 26 years who lost her 2 1/2 year battle with cancer on Saturday November 26 at 6 pm; as she was carried in the arms of God's angel to Heaven's gates where Jesus as well as past family members and friends waited there to greet her. Jesus Christ is WHO she worshipped and adored as her very best friend of all. Her saviour but FIREND as Jesus referred to her as well. Friends for all eternity.

We used to sing this song every Sunday while I was in Basic training in 1990. My best friend and I met there and have always said this was our song. She lost her 12 year battle with brain cancer this past week and this song expresses our friendship perfectly. RIP Allie!

This song was played at my 15 year old nephews wake and funeral with pictures on a dvd and it was so sad and so great at the same time. I will always love and miss him very much. R.I.P. Nathan
