A website named Cultbox did an interview with Bradley James (who plays Arthur in the BBC Merlin series) where they asked him to summarise series 3. Which I watched and then thought '...I wonder if I could do that.' I had also newly discovered a stop-motion animation software called Zu3D and so the two ended up melding together.

Now I will hold my hands up and say, yes, it isn't the best summary video. I'm still very new to claymation (though I have learned a few things through doing this) and there are other issues which I'm aware of (such as needing to be more confident with my audio). I also can't seem to get rid of those two fashes of black (though I'll go back a little later and see what I can do).

But, for what it is, I hope you guys enjoy it. I had a lot of fun doing this and it's certainly made me want to try more things.

  • LOL! This is genius. "There's Mordred. Bit creepy."

  • YOU ARE A LEGEND. I laughed my head off i like how you changed Lancelot's hair when he cut it shorter. He's alot hotter with it short or was.

  • Thank you! This was extremely useful! I wanted a quick recap of the first three seasons before starting season 4 (because I hadn't seen any episodes of Merlin for a very long time) and this was great for refreshing my memory!

  • This is so very very awesome! I don't even have the words now. *flails*

  • "There's Gwaine and his hair".. pure genius!

  • How cute!!

  • Could you make another one after Season 4 is done?

  • That was awsome! Not crap at all! :D

  • I cannot believe my eyes! This is the most fun and the most brilliant work I've ever seen! Bravo! And also LOL!

  • Brilliant beyond words! Your characters are lovely - so much artistic talent!
