its a piece of crap, pitch out the motor/rake/any other piece of junk on it and keep the litter box itself to use the old fashioned way. That's what I did with mine when it had that problem anyway cuz I have no intention on fixing mine considering it jammed all the time when its below the limit and there's just one or two pieces of crap in it. whenever it ran the dogs would go barking at it like crazy, so really, f*** it, its an inconvenience.

Has to be a male-they "never" read manuals or instructions ! Come to think of it nor do they ask for directions they'd rather get lost in the wilderness or drive around for hours

Looks like you have it too close to the wall blocking the track. Or else too much cat litter in the box. There is a line for how high it can be.

i would say you are using way too much litter in there and the machine can't work through it/ try it with not so much in there
