Problem: create violence among the citizens, allow illegal immigrants with a low chance of being successful and productive, thus often turning to crime, into the country. Sell firearms directly to the cartels and gangs. Reaction: citizens will become afraid, and ask for more "national security" and thus less freedom. Answer: erase citizens freedom in trade for false "security". Same thing with 9/11 etc.. So easy to see the truth if you open your eyes.
