  • Thank you :)

  • Simple and clean, thats how to do it. Before any bass player can be good at soloing, keeping in time is fundamental to his or her roots. Any great bass player will tell you that. But still its always awesome to groove from time to time!!! :D

  • Playing bass is a mind set , you can tell the difference in a true bassist and a frustrated guitarist. Bass fills need to be in the pocket and not overbearing, some bass fills don't work due to how the sound engineer mixes it.

  • thanx! be blessed/stay blessed;)

  • I tend to shred the bass like Yngwie Malmsteen and use killer appreggios lol

  • I would like to add that a bass CAN become a solo instrument.

And the bass is also used for laying down a good groove.

  • this is very helpful...

i'm an acoustic player that is somewhat inexperienced with bass. so this stuff is good to know!

  • noice noice!

  • JER I MISS HIM!

  • thanks Fungi...and thanks the bass player dude. lol.
