CANNOT-SHUT-UP DOG

...this dog barks non-stop when it is out back of the next door people..whixh is about 8 to 10 hours per day...CAN NOT SHUT IT UP...it's non-stop 8 hour a day barking..is driving me nuts!!!! ..... since the houses are very close in this community

I feel your pain. Same situation here. First talk to the neighbors about putting a shock collar on him, $20.00 at Walmart. If that fails, get a BB gun, just the cock type, nothing that will penetrate skin. Pop him ONLY when he barks. He will soon put 2+2 together. No bark, no sting. I hate people who say "Its not the dog, its the owner." Bullshit!, the OWNER aint Barking! No dog, NO BARK! If all else fails call me. YOU were out of town. ;)

The SPCA or animal control should confiscate the dog and prosecute the owners for animal neglect/cruelty. The owners should be fined and permanently barred from owning any animal ever again. This won't happen because they are not really concerned about the welfare of dogs. They want dogs to simply have owners it doesn't matter how the dogs are treated or how the neighbors suffer. Just so they don't have to control the dog population or take on dog breeders or the dog industry.
