Isn't this durring the option period, to be put on the option contract you sign? I wouldn't close or take the option 30-90 days unless I have the tenant. I haven't done one yet, but your video is giving me hope, as I am a bit weary of having to pay the mortgage with out any payments coming in.

I think the "subject to" is good becuse it will stem the forclosure rate. Why not let another person take over payments as long as the lender is getting paid? I would like more info on this!

Yes... the option deposit comes off the selling price.
