  • I love all those techniques you mentioned!!! You are a real estate genius!

And I love that you slapped yourself! haha! "Speak up!" I lost it when you did that! hahaha.

    You're the man Nick!

  • @CashForYourIncome - I try, lol. Thanks for the comment. :)

  • Do you then take the other $6000 off of the lease-option contract?

  • Yes... the option deposit comes off the selling price.

  • Isn't this durring the option period, to be put on the option contract you sign? I wouldn't close or take the option 30-90 days unless I have the tenant. I haven't done one yet, but your video is giving me hope, as I am a bit weary of having to pay the mortgage with out any payments coming in.

  • ALADDIN GEE SAY YOUR THE MAN GREAT STUFF

  • I think the "subject to" is good becuse it will stem the forclosure rate. Why not let another person take over payments as long as the lender is getting paid? I would like more info on this!

  • Just wanted to comment on your video, I REALLY liked it and I wish you great success with this video!

  • Tip:

You really need to SLOW DOWN when you talk. You sound like those sales people that make people go away.

No offense. Slow it down. Annunciate.
