He went into the LaBianca home and tied them up, left with instructions to kill them , he hacked off Gary Hinman's ear then left telling his friends to finish him off, he did a fuckuvalot more than "just tell them to kill". He was a repeat offender before the murders with a lifelong history of crime behind him. He's nuttier than shit and couldn't function if released, WTF is with your stupid "only in America" shit?
