Hey guys...you don't know really how to prepare real mango pickle. Some videos are there online which is the way you prepare but this is not the way. Well we at home prepare which you can keep for couple of years without freeze and it will be as it is and it doesn't need seasoning and the taste is mind blowing.

As the title says, this is a "fresh" mango pickle. It is meant to be eaten "fresh", not a year later.

We do it differently 1. large bit size pcs of 20 raw mango with salt in an air tight covered container for 3 days (shaking it 2 times a day). 2. sun Drying for 2 days the mango pieces with carrot pieces and split red and green chillies. 3. frying chopped garlic, whole garam masala & garlic in 4 litres of oil adding in coarse pounded coriander, split mustard & fenugreek seeds. 5. adding in chili powder, turmeric, salt. 6. add the sun dried ingredients. this lasts for 12 months & tastes lovely
