Billy Graham is known to have said some mistakes... but he is ALSO known to have ADMITTED it and APOLOGISED for misspeaking! I think what he was trying to express in that thing was that all people have the opportunity to be saved Billy did not believe in universalism.

MacArthur in other venues preaches a gospel that God can save people who do not believe in Christ. The very young, the profoundly retarded, the severely mentally ill..... Many Biblical and Christian theologians would also add those who have never heard the gospel. It is small step from what MacArthur teaches.

All have sinned and greatly offended the holy God of the bible. The just punishment is death then hell. That's not Gods will. He suffered and died on the cross paying for the law you broke in His life's blood so He could legally dismiss your case. You must repent turn from sin and trust alone in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
