  • 05 Laredo ... I get 14 city at best 16 highway

  • @andyknott34 i no longer get this MPG....dont have the patience anymore. I'm averaging about 16-17 now.

  • hi im 15 and am looking into jeep grand cherokees as a first car. the only thing im worried about is the MPG? im going to be driving to school and back which is about 2 miles everyday and other things life friends house, the gym, work, you know... is it a bad idea? because i dont like sedans cuz i feel small in em. i like small SUV's (: please reply!

  • @Stuntman69ish oh yea as far as the MPG, just like with any other vehicle, it all depends how you run it. Dont accelerate too hard, cuz that burns fuel like crazy. I have about 61,000 miles on mine, and my menu MPG is at an average 17.4 MPG.

  • @Stuntman69ish

hello...i need to ask i drive about 90% in the city and mostly its jammed so is it good idea to get 3.7 model 2006 jeep grand cherokee ???

  • @MrRalumari I would not recommend a Jeep for the city, especially if it is stop-go traffic all the time. The constant acceleration and stop will just kill your MPG.

  • i get 19 city 23 highway...4.0L Laredo and thats on flat/hill highway not downhill, not flat, and i have a small misfire

  • way better than mine...i get between 14 city and 21 hwy.....jeeps suck when it comes to fuel economy....on he other hand they are very capable off-road machines

  • @Stuntman69ish This 06 Jeep was my first vehicle when I was 16 and it is my baby. I love my jeep and it has not let me down. I live in Pennsylvania, and in the winter months it has done me very well in the snow. If you can find a nice used one, I would say go for it; I believe it's a good starter vehicle, and who knows, you might end up keeping it for a long time. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask any more questions.

  • its great car
