a canon t1i is 1 of the worsed dslrs canon offers. i have a t3i and that is considered an entry level dslr. why WASTE money on a crappy camera when you can take 18mp pics and videos with a t3i

@mikemadoni well for starters there's no delay between the moment you hit the shutter button and the actual photo being exposed.. manual focusing.. better image quality.. the major companies are now aiming their lower end models at the average joe.. shooting with a dslr is really simple actually..

if your an average joe why get a dslr or an slr camera? why not just a simple point ans shoot?,it has the same zoom capability just not the interchangeable lenses...

I am planning to get this combo. How is the AF? Reading the reviews it seemed to be dodgy in low light conditions. Not that its a deal breaker for me, jst would like to know your opinion.

Where is the manual focus ring at? and I don't think it is HSM?
Hi you can get that lens at Henrys or take a boo on kijji saw a used one on there the other day
