More can be done in California? Most of our jobs have left due to this type of environmental legislation. I guess he wants the rest of the jobs..Global warming is a theory, like subprime lending mortgages 1998 a good theory by Andrew Cuomo HUD secretary/Obama (ACORN lawyer) that worked out well, right? We are 39th in education, we've outsourced all our jobs, can we withstand cap&trade? The air may be a little cleaner but we'll all be dead. You can't stop volcanoes and they have the most impact.

Lets manage energy, NOT Carbon! All this talk about managing carbon is just a way to empower the elite as energy reserves are depleted.
We have the technology today to distribute energy creation and empower the individual to create his own energy but all these CEO types and politicians are interested in is controlling energy and hanging on to their monopoly.
And all you liberal do gooders on the carbon band wagon are enabling their efforts to consolidate power and control energy.
