Preheated 4 ounce glazed porcelain cup.

About 1.5 Tablespoons of leaf.

Infused under ceramic lid for 40 seconds in just under boiling water.

My crappy video quality does not reveal the darkness and richness of the resulting tea.

  • Yeah, yixing is definitely the way to go for this tea. I shot this back before I had any snooty teaware. :D

  • This is a great tea, one of my favourites.

    You might want to try brewing it in a yixing teapot, really helps bring out all the flavour in yancha.
