I work in IT, and the simplest reason for someone in IT not to have an iPhone is that they are crap! Open source FTW

The keyboard rant is Ridiculous, Keyboards are WORTHLESS to me as I speak MORE than 1 language, the Ipods Virtual keyboard allows me to have English, Spanish, German & Italian keyboards that I can ACTUALLY use vs just a worthless English one with missing keys like ñÑ£¥ The Multiple virtual keyboards are the Ipods BEST feature......

The MAIN problem is that you need iTunes to register/activate each device and it's a terrible way of trying to manage/lock-down many devices. Maybe you could deal with 5 iPhones at a company...but what if you had to manage 25...or 50...or 500? That's why iPhones are terrible for businesses - they are too hard to manage.
