Mission 1- Tutorial
Mission 2- Jungle
Mission 3- Refinery
Mission 4- Ruins
Mission 5- Research Lab
Mission 6- Pyramid

It's not a big deal to finish the campaign on nightmare with the predator, on the first missions you just need a little patience to finish the first missions, when you get the comby stick the job gets easier, I've finished it on nightmare, 4 or 5 times.
