in truth, we never stop being students, even masters continue seeking perfection of their art. that being said, this monk, for the most part is extremely fluent. and speed should never be without intent -- speed for the sake of speed means nothing. btw, when performing a form, there are rests. it would be impractical to run straight through the form without resting. it would be like reading a paragraph without pauses and stops.

He is very very very good, still not fluent. He rests a lot, it is not performance, it is training imo. Maybe he cannot still perform perfectly, although he trains a lot, the real skill is even more far. The whole thing could be done in 10 seconds less
